Plain English heads-up: these terms govern your use of this website. They are not the contract for any actual work we do for you — that is a separate, written engagement contract agreed at quote stage.
These Terms govern your use of www.listrade.co.uk and its sub-sites (together, "the Site"), operated by L.I.S.Trade. Pending registration as L.I.S.Trade Ltd in England & Wales.
By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
01 What the Site provides
The Site describes our ventures and services (L.I.S.Trade, App Development, TasteReel, and contract product / business-analysis work), shows examples of our work, and provides ways to contact us. Use of the Site itself is free.
02 Quotes & actual work
Prices on the Site (e.g. £1,295 for a website build, £79/mo for the care plan) are indicative starting prices for our standard productised offers. A binding price for any specific engagement is set out in a written quote we send you after discussing what you need. The full contract for work is the quote plus its attached terms — these website Terms do not cover paid engagements.
03 Accuracy of information
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee everything is error-free or current. Don't rely on the Site alone for important decisions — speak to us directly.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaks the law or another person's rights.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications via our email or future contact form.
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.
- Scrape or copy the Site for commercial resale.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its hosting.
05 Intellectual property
All content on this Site (text, design, code, images, illustrations) belongs to L.I.S.Trade or is used under licence. You may view it, and print pages for personal non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. Trademarks and logos of third parties (e.g. TasteReel screenshots once shown, partner logos) remain the property of their owners.
06 Third-party content & links
The Site links to third-party websites (e.g. tastereelapp.com, sub-processor pages). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
07 Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Site is provided "as is" — we make no warranty that it will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the Site.
- Our total liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to £100.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
