This Privacy Policy explains how L.I.S.Trade collects, uses and protects personal data you provide through this website (www.listrade.co.uk) and our sub-sites, or when you enquire about or use our services.

01 Who we are

L.I.S.Trade is a UK business operating from England. The legal entity is L.I.S.Trade Ltd, currently being incorporated in England & Wales. Pending registration.

Until incorporation completes, the data controller is Ian, the founder, trading as L.I.S.Trade. We will update this page the moment incorporation is final.

We collect only what you give us, plus minimal technical data about your visit.

04 Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share only with a small set of service providers that help us operate. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement or equivalent terms.

This site currently sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixels, no consent banner needed. If that changes (we may add Plausible Analytics, which is cookie-less), we will update our Cookie Policy first.

Some providers we use (Vercel, Microsoft) process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are safeguarded by UK Adequacy Regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
